Our Work
As part of our socially conscious business model, we also operate a Not-For-Profit Creative Training Studio (Green Fox Training Studio) inside a male high-security prison. In this studio we train computer and creative skills and work with prisoners on live jobs who are intent on turning their lives around.
At present, there are over 10.5m people serving time in more than 220 prison systems worldwide. There is substantial evidence to demonstrate that incarceration does little to reduce re-offending behaviours, or to equip people with the skills to live a more fulfilling life. For most organisations, training and employing people with issues such as these is a risk they are not willing to take. We are.
In just one Studio we have worked with more than 50 clients and trained more than 60 men with a recidivism rate of less than 2%, a far cry from the current rate of reoffending which sits at 46%
