We are an established Worker's Cooperative which provides employment for people with a cognitive disability in our award-winning Lagoon Creek Cafe & Function Room, the Caboolture Mowing Co-op and the new cafe at the Health Hub Morayfield.

Working from an inclusive, cooperative spirit, our mission is to provide meaningful employment opportunities for people with disabilities in the City of Moreton Bay.
The Co-op works from the principle that meaningful employment is a socially valued role for all people and essential for optimum well-being, self-esteem, and mental health. When people with disabilities are given valued roles like employment, they are perceived in a more positive way and experience less discrimination, greater opportunities for social inclusion, and less financial hardship.
