QSEC is entering an exciting new phase of growth. As we scale our impact across Queensland, we continue to strengthen the social enterprise ecosystem through advocacy, sector development, regional engagement and major events.

To support this next phase, we are currently recruiting for the following roles:

Operations Officer

The Operations Officer is the internal backbone of QSEC, ensuring members are supported, systems run smoothly, and the organisation is well-positioned to deliver high-impact work.

You’ll coordinate member processes from onboarding to renewals, maintain key internal systems and workflows, and provide consistent operational support across reporting and project coordination.

This is a role that keeps the organisation structured, accountable and operating efficiently.
