Clermont Connect Ltd
ClermontCONNECT is a locally driven organisation dedicated to strengthening the health, education and wellbeing of the Clermont community. We exist to ensure people can live well at every stage of life—close to home, connected to others, and supported with dignity and purpose.
Grounded in our core values of local empowerment, community and connection, collaboration, sustainability and access and inclusion, we back high impact initiatives shaped by local voices and real world experience. Our work focuses on building self sustaining projects, strengthening social ties, and ensuring practical, accessible support for everyone.
Our vision is an engaged, resilient Clermont where people live well locally—supported by community connected health, wellbeing and learning opportunities—while preserving the spirit of our town and creating lasting opportunities for future generations.
Through this commitment, ClermontCONNECT continues to create meaningful, long term impact by empowering local leadership, fostering collaboration and delivering initiatives that help our community thrive today and into the future.

Our Work
Our Health — We advocate for better healthcare in Clermont by supporting improved services, stronger local access and the infrastructure needed for people to receive quality care close to home.
Our Seniors — Through the Seniors Living Options Project, we’re working on securing funding to revitalise Monash Lodge so it can once again serve as a local aged care home. We also support transitional living options that help older residents stay connected, safe and supported in their own community.
Community Places — We back the places and services that bring people together. This includes supporting safe, quality housing and care for elders, strengthening regional education pathways, improving healthcare access, and championing local facilities, programs and initiatives that make everyday community life stronger.
Education & Training — We help people pursue education and training close to home by supporting regional learning opportunities. Our aim is to give students and learners of all ages the chance to grow, build skills and access meaningful pathways without needing to leave Clermont.
Together, these four areas guide our work and help us build a community that is connected, supported and future focused.
