Our Work
The SisterWorks story began in 2011 with a group of 25 women who were new to Australia, finding community, confidence, and purpose through shared work.
Over time, that small group grew into a thriving not-for-profit social enterprise that has supported more than 3,500 women from 105 countries.
Every woman’s journey is unique, yet each is guided by the same belief: work empowers women to build confidence, connection, and independence.
