Our team use their unique cognitive talents to deliver Australia's critical projects for multiple industries and all levels of government. Through tailored on-the-job professional and personal training, ASA empowers its 80% neurodivergent workforce to develop their skills and confidence, eventually transitioning them into sustainable and fulfilling careers within ASA or partner organisations. ASA then backfills this position with someone else experiencing long-term unemployment.
