Our Work

Geoffrey Smith is a data analyst and social entrepreneur who co-founded Australian Spatial Analytics to create meaningful employment pathways for neurodivergent Australians. Recognising the significant barriers many autistic and neurodivergent people face in accessing long-term work, Geoff has helped build ASA into a leading work-integrated social enterprise delivering geospatial and engineering services while fostering an inclusive, neuroaffirming workplace. Under his leadership, ASA has developed tailored workplace supports that enable employees to thrive professionally and personally. Geoff is also a recipient of the Social Impact Leadership Australia program and is working toward ASA’s goal of employing 1,000 people by 2030.
