Inspiring Brighter Futures Foundation (IBFF) is a Queensland-based charity and social enterprise creating thriving, resilient communities through mentoring, wellbeing, employment readiness and community connection programs.
Working alongside schools, businesses, community organisations and volunteers, IBFF delivers evidence-informed programs that help young people build confidence, resilience, purpose and positive pathways into education, employment and life.
Through a growing network of more than 730 trained volunteer mentors, IBFF is rebuilding the village around young people and those who support them.
IBFF generates social impact through partnerships, corporate engagement, training, events and community programs, reinvesting revenue into mentoring and wellbeing initiatives that support young people across Queensland.

Our Work
IBFF designs and delivers mentoring, wellbeing and employment readiness programs across Queensland.
Programs are delivered in schools, workplaces and community settings, connecting participants with trained volunteer mentors and facilitators who provide encouragement, practical skills, career insights and positive role modelling.
IBFF works collaboratively with educators, employers, families and communities to help young people overcome barriers, strengthen wellbeing and create brighter futures.
