Jigsaw is a social enterprise which revolutionises the way people with disability prepare for the workforce by embedding an innovative training program, tailored to each individual?s needs and abilities, within a real business. We believe people prepare best for work, through work. Our three step model includes training, work experience, short term paid employment experience at Jigsaw and supported transition to mainstream employment. This proven pathway to employment has been designed to overcome many of the barriers that people with disability face when trying to obtain and retain long term employment.

Different from both a Disability Employment Service and an Australian Disability Enterprise, Jigsaw’s holistic approach starts with the basics of work-readiness training and continues through to supported transition to mainstream employment. It ensures our trainees gain transferable soft skills relevant to every workplace and award-wage professional experience along the way.
