Remote Infrastructure Group was established after years of delivering civil and infrastructure projects in remote and regional Australia, where we saw first-hand the gap between local contractors’ capability and the systems required to win and deliver government and major client work.
We work alongside remote and regional contractors - including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander-owned businesses - to strengthen their business capability so they can successfully compete for and deliver projects in their own communities.

Our role is to build practical capacity within these businesses by implementing robust operational systems, tendering processes, project management frameworks, and compliance structures that align with government and industry requirements. This allows contractors who already have the local knowledge, workforce and equipment to meet the standards needed to secure and deliver larger contracts.
By lifting the internal capability of regional contractors, we help keep infrastructure investment in local communities, grow sustainable businesses, and create long-term employment opportunities in the regions where projects are delivered.
