Our Work
Rhino Support Coordination delivers practical, outcomes-focused coordination and support services across the disability and aged care sectors. Our work centres on assisting individuals to navigate complex systems, connect with appropriate supports, and achieve meaningful, sustainable outcomes.
We provide NDIS Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination, and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, working closely with participants, their families, and service providers to implement supports, build capacity, and overcome barriers.
