Sharing with Friends mission is to design and build affordable, safe, secure co-housing for older women to live privately and with dignity as they age. - The organisation has purchased land in Brisbane (Darra) and has signed a contract with a private building company begin construction in January 2025. - Conducted a workshop series from which the first five women residents have been selected. - Sharing with Friends had partnered with University of Queensland to undertake a developmental research study on the impacts of co-housing on older women.
