Through activities such as customer service, merchandising, stock management, and sales, participants build practical, transferable skills while contributing to a vibrant, community-focused business. In addition to retail, Sondrio supports local makers through consignment opportunities, promotes sustainable shopping practices, and creates meaningful pathways into employment, volunteering, and microbusiness development.
