Strength Potential Incorporated
Strength Potential is a Queensland charity established in 2016, dedicated to empowering young people facing mental health challenges that limit their ability to engage confidently in daily life, learning, and community. Our mission is to help them identify strengths, build resilience, and reach their potential through evidence-based mentoring and wellbeing programs.

Our Work
We currently deliver more than 370 hours of one on one, strengths focused mentoring each week across South-East Queensland. We are seeking to extend this impact into regional Queensland, by building on our successful face to face model and two established programs: MiiND, an interactive online platform addressing youth wellbeing; and Hot Chocolate Circle (HCC), an eight-week small group program supporting early teen girls to manage stress, build resilience, and improve mood.
