TapSpot started from a simple frustration: on hot Queensland days, finding a working amenity at the park is guesswork. Councils publish this information but it is scattered across different websites, so I put it all on one free map.

TapSpot is a free web app that maps 5,300+ public drinking water bubblers, shade, BBQs and picnic spots, helping people find free water and shade outdoors. Residents can also report broken or missing facilities. For councils, TapSpot provides usage and maintenance insights on their park amenities and local businesses can list near popular parks.
