The Neurodiverse Safe Work Initiative
Our founder Catherine Lee developed the Neurodiverse Safe Work (NDSW) Initiative when she recognised that neurodivergent workers are often vulnerable and at increased risk of work-related injury and illness if the employer’s health and safety management systems are designed around neurotypical functioning.

Our Work
The Neurodiverse Safe Work Initiative offers the Neurodiverse Workplace Profiler, which provides a framework for employers to assist neurodivergent employees in a way that makes them feel included and productive in the workplace. On top of this, field experts from the NSWI often attend events as keynote speakers and provide consulting for companies seeking to improve their support for neurodivergent staff.
