The Village Family Centre is a proactive service focused on prevention, early identification and management of factors that inhibit quality of life for parents. We provide personalised family-centred education and support related to pregnancy, parenting, and early childhood wellbeing.

Our Work
The Village Family Centre has continued to evolve since 2022 and offers a variety of Occupational Therapy services in the community and via online services.
Individual parent / caregiver support
Capacity building for caregivers to develop new, and enhance existing knowledge and skills related to caring for children
With clear distinctions between services roles and therapy goals, I work collaboratively with other therapists to provide parent/ caregiver support and family-centred care in addition to child-centred paediatric therapy provided by external services.
Group caregiver support and information sessions
Information and support for early childhood educators, care providers and teachers in schools, daycares and other organisations
