This region located south of Brisbane includes a range of suburban, semi-rural and regional communities across a land area of 959.4 km. With a population of 392,339 (ABS ERP 2024) social enterprises operating here have strong community impact by addressing local needs, creating employment, providing social supports, and working with culturally diverse populations in growing suburbs and rural townships.

Through collaboration, shared knowledge and place-based support, our partners play a vital role in connecting enterprises, delivering programs and driving impact alongside QSEC within their communities.
